January 2018 Fitness Goals

Hey Readers!

A new year and a new me. Sounds familiar right? We have talked so frequently about goals on this site, and you know how I feel about resolutions. Being consistent with my fitness efforts is one of my most consistent goals year after year, month after month. It is always so hard for me. When I look back on my life, I don’t think I have ever exercised discipline in regards to food or physical activity. I’ve been lazy, and only focused on how I feel in that moment and that day. I feel great when the scale and tape measure show I’m making progress, and I feel awful when they show I’m stagnante or back tracking. Continue reading
