I’ve been talking a lot about goal setting and challenging yourself lately, so I figured I would share what I’m up to here. I love sharing my goals and challenges because I feel like it really help with accountability and tracking my progress. I’m really quite a lazy person, so if I feel like I can get out of doing something I don’t feel like doing, I’m probably going to get out of it. I’m working on this, because most things I set myself up to do these days, I am actually interested in doing. This hasn’t always been the case. I used to spend the majority of my days waiting or chasing. I was working jobs I hated and chasing new opportunities, casually. I was waiting for my husband to get home and then chasing him so that he could decide what we were doing, which usually ended up being sit on the couch and watch tv. Now, since I’ve started setting goals, I know what I want to do with my time. I no longer feel like I’m sitting, waiting, or chasing. At least, most of the time.
