It is finally November, a month of food, family, and friends. I don’t know about you, but I love the Thanksgiving “feast” my family puts out. I can sometimes overindulge this time of year, not just on thanksgiving day itself, but also on left overs and earlier in the month when I practice my turkey brine and rub on chickens to make sure the flavor is just right. Since I knew I was going to have a ton going on this month, I decided to keep the exercises pretty similar but swapped out machines for anything I could do at home; i.e. dumbbells and resistance bands. I also swapped in some stretching exercises because flexibility is just as important as strength building.
Below you will find this month’s fitness plan, and HERE is the link for the free printable.
Last month I said I would share my starting and current measurements with you, so that you can help keep me accountable. I have to admit that my progress stalled a bit last month because I sprained my ankle, and wasn’t able to go to the gym as much as I would have liked. Luckily, I was able to keep my diet pretty clean and managed to still lose a little weight.
